Our electrical engineers and technicians are fully qualified and certified, properly trained to the latest BS 7671 IEE regulations, currently 17th edition, courteous and even CRB checked for your peace of mind.

Electrical safety checks and periodic inspection are a mandatory requirement for landlords. On each change of tenancy, or at least every 5 years, the condition of the electrical installation should be inspected and an Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) produced. Until 2012 these were known as Periodic Inspection Reports (PIR). In a commercial or industrial setting the recommended minimum frequency for electrical inspections to determine the condition of fixed wiring, fittings and the electrical installation is between 3 and 5 years and for domestic premises the recommended minimum frequency of electrical inspections is 10 years.
