Television & Audio
Here at Chapmans Electrical in Cradley Heath in the Black Country, we have been installing Television & Audio in Birmingham and the West Midlands for around 60 years now, when the first radios and TV sets were being produced, so began installing televisions for people in the 1950’s and radios even before that. It’s something we have been doing ever since, so we think it is fair to say we are experts in this field.
Technology has changed radically over the years, as have we, but one thing that hasn’t changed is Chapman’s core values of honesty, integrity and for providing a quality service. This is what has set us apart over the years and continues to make us the best at what we do.
With a complete “peace of mind” installation service for all TV and audio systems we lead the field. We excel with anything from 3D, LED, LCD televisions or home cinema systems and sound bars to high end Sonos wifi audio installations, so give Chapmans a call and arrange for an engineer to visit. You won’t be disappointed, our history speaks for itself.
Our installation service has grown from those early days too and now extends beyond neighbouring areas of Dudley, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Halesowen to cover most of the Birmingham and West Midlands region. If you are in need of a TV or audio equipment installation service in Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Worcester, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Smethwick or further afield then please give us a ring and see what we can do for you.
Sound bars offer a convenient way of improving the audio quality of modern televisions. Sound bars sit in front of your TV, normally on the TV stand or the floor and provide a much more immersive sound experience than the TV itself is generally capable of. They contain multiple speakers set at varying angles to provide a wide audio field and a deeper bass.
Home cinema systems make use of multiple speakers too. Where they differ from sound bars is that the speakers are separate and placed around the room, providing a genuine sound stage and surround sound experience. They also have a dedicated bass speaker, a woofer, which creates a the familiar rumble. There is also a dedicated front speaker which is normally where voices are heard from and generally either 4 or 6 other speakers spread around the room to provide 5.1 or 7.1 audio.
With RCA, HDMI, Toslink or SPDIF Optical, Coaxial each with various connectors and formats or even Bluetooth, ethernet and WiFi, connecting all this can be quite complex and getting the best from your TV and audio equipment easily compromised by ineffective connection methods so please give us a call to install all this for you and experience TV and HiFi audio the way it is supposed to be!
